Thermosetting-Based Powder Coating System for Uncoated Steel or Aluminum

Thermoset®

Overview

The Thermoset® family is a unique product line for Duncan as it is the only process at Duncan that isn't over hot-dip galvanizing. Thermoset® is for use on aluminum or interior steel.

Duncan's family of Thermoset® coatings are produced from dry powders for a variety of applications. Thermoset coatings are environmentally friendly, producing virtually no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's). They are the ideal choice when designing for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.

Where a heat cured product is desired but a thin coat of a harder coating is needed to allow for architectural definition, Thermoset® is the right material. The color range is unlimited -- even small jobs can be given special colors. Download our pdf color chart to see our extensive color selection.
